Reservations
We need an advance payment of 100 euros to ensure that the reservation is confirmed. The final amount must be transferred to our account 8 weeks prior to the reserved holiday dates. The bungalow shall be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure you must vacate by 10.30 am. Smoking and pet animals are not allowed in the bungalow.
Cancellation
- More than 8 weeks before arrival: € 40.00 service fee
- Between 4-8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100 % of the total price
If you cancel later or don’t arrive, we reserve us the right to charge the total price of the booking. The reasons for no-show shall be irrelevant. If you are leaving earlier, you don’t get money back. In order to avoid cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.
